Welcome to Silent Echoes. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Asoom Storefront LLC ("we," "us," "our") when you use our website silentechoes.shop or buy our products. Please read them. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

2. What Silent Echoes is — and isn't

Silent Echoes is a guide and a companion for parents of estranged, addicted, or wayward adult children. It is available as a digital guide and a print edition.

It is not professional advice. Silent Echoes is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Reading it does not create a therapist–client or any other professional relationship.

If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a doctor or a crisis line in your area right away. Please don't wait on a book.

We make no guarantees about outcomes. We're honest about this on every page: Silent Echoes cannot promise reconciliation with your child, cannot cure grief, and cannot guarantee any particular result. What it offers is understanding, perspective, and support — how it lands is personal to each reader.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before you order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error occurred).
• We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we don't warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are always error-free. If we discover an error in the price of something you ordered, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout.

4. Digital products

The digital guide is delivered electronically, usually within minutes after purchase, to the email you provide. Please make sure your email is correct. Delivery of a digital product is considered complete once access is provided.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read the guide for your own use. Please see "Intellectual property" below for what that does and doesn't allow.

5. Print products & shipping

Print editions are shipped per our Shipping & Delivery Policy, in plain, discreet packaging. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers and customs.

6. Refunds

Our 30-Day "Did-It-Help" Guarantee and full refund terms are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content in Silent Echoes and on this website — the text, the guide, the name "Silent Echoes," the branding, cover art, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

When you buy the guide, you may read it for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share files of, publicly post, or create derivative works from the guide or site content without our written permission. Please respect this — it's a small, independent work made for the people who need it.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who does.

9. User communications

If you email us, leave a review, or otherwise send us content, you're responsible for it, and you confirm you have the right to share it. For reviews or feedback, you grant us permission to display it in connection with our products note: only with the reviewer's consent, consistent with your policy of using real, permissioned testimonials. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

10. Third-party links & services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment, shipping, email, analytics, advertising). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.

11. Disclaimers

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asoom Storefront LLC and its owners and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on the content of Silent Echoes. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited (such as certain consumer-protection rights in your country).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asoom Storefront LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, will always be posted here. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Wyoming, United States, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
