We built Silent Echoes for people who've already been let down by too many things that promised to help. So our policy is simple, and it's meant to be kept: if it doesn't help you, you don't pay.
Our 30-Day "Faith-Back" Guarantee
If, within 30 days of your purchase, Silent Echoes hasn't given you even one quieter night or one moment of relief from the weight you've been carrying, we'll refund you in full. No forms. No explaining yourself. No "what didn't you like." You've been questioned enough.
To request a refund, email info@silentechoes.shop within 30 days of your order and include your order number (it's on your confirmation email). That's all we need.
Digital guide
Because the digital guide is delivered instantly and can't be returned, you're welcome to keep it — even if you request a refund. We'd rather trust you than make this hard.
Print edition
You don't need to send it back. Keep it, pass it to another parent who needs it, or set it aside. Your refund isn't conditional on returning the book.
The Long Watch membership
The Long Watch is a digital membership, billed separately from your book order. Both appear on your statement as Silent Echoes.
Your first 30 days are free. Nothing is charged on the day you order. After 30 days it renews at $19.00 per month until you cancel. We email you about a week before that first charge, and again a few days before, so the date never takes you by surprise.
Cancel any time. The fastest way is silentechoes.shop/a/loop_subscriptions/get-subscription-link — enter your email, a link comes straight back to you, and you can stop the membership yourself. No password, no phone call. That link is in every membership email we send. If you'd rather we did it, write to info@silentechoes.shop or reply to any of our emails and we'll take care of it, usually within one business day and always within two. If a renewal date falls in between, we'll refund that charge.
If you're charged and didn't mean to be, tell us and we'll refund it. That holds whether it's the first charge or a later one, and we won't ask you why. Beyond that, we don't refund partial months once a month is underway — but you keep everything already sent to you, and you won't be charged again.
Existing members on earlier terms
If you joined The Long Watch before August 12, 2026 at $14 per month, or purchased the Lifetime Watch at $197, your original terms still stand. Your rate does not change. Lifetime members have nothing to cancel and will never be charged again. Nothing in this updated policy reduces what you bought.
How and when you'll be refunded
Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to a further 7 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item
If your print edition arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email info@silentechoes.shop with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund right away — no need to return anything.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible at info@silentechoes.shop. We can usually update or cancel a print order before it goes to print. Digital orders are delivered immediately, so they fall under the 30-day guarantee above rather than cancellation.

Silent Echoes is a guide and a companion — not a substitute for professional or medical care. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to a doctor or a crisis line in your area right away. In the U.S., the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline can be reached by call or text at 988, any hour. This book will still be here when you're ready.
