We built Silent Echoes for people who've already been let down by too many things that promised to help. So our policy is simple, and it's meant to be kept: read it, and if it doesn't help you, you don't pay.
Our 30-Day "Faith-Back" Guarantee
If, within 30 days of your purchase, Silent Echoes hasn't given you even one quieter night or one moment of relief from the weight you've been carrying, we'll refund you in full. No forms. No explaining yourself. No "what didn't you like." You've been questioned enough.
To request a refund, just email us at info@silentechoes.shop within 30 days of your order and include your order number (it's on your confirmation email). That's all we need.
Digital guide
Because the digital guide is delivered instantly and can't be "returned," you're welcome to keep it — even if you request a refund. We'd rather trust you than make this hard.
Print edition
If you ordered the print edition, you don't need to send it back. Keep it, pass it to another parent who needs it, or set it aside. Your refund isn't conditional on returning the book.
How and when you'll be refunded
Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item
If your print edition arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email info@silentechoes.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away — no need to return anything.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible at info@silentechoes.shop. We can usually update or cancel a print order before it ships. Digital orders are delivered immediately, so they fall under the 30-day guarantee above rather than cancellation.

Silent Echoes is a guide and a companion — not a substitute for professional or medical care. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to a doctor or a crisis line in your area right away. This book will still be here when you're ready.
