This policy explains The Long Watch: what it costs, when you're charged, and how to stop it. It applies to every subscription purchased through silentechoes.shop.
What The Long Watch is
The Long Watch is a digital membership delivered entirely by email. Each week you receive a prayer map. Each month, a recorded intercession and a reflection for keeping your own record. There is no app, no login, and no password.
The free trial, and what happens after it
When a subscription starts with a free trial:
- Your first 30 days cost nothing. No charge is made on the day you order.
- We do collect a payment method at checkout so the membership can continue if you want it to. Nothing is taken from it during the trial.
- After 30 days, The Long Watch renews at $19.00 USD per month and continues on the same date each month until you cancel.
- Charges appear on your statement as Silent Echoes.
A free trial is included with book orders. When you order Silent Echoes, 30 days in The Long Watch is added to your order alongside your free Night One Prayer Guide. The price and renewal terms are shown on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout before you pay, and the item can be removed from your cart before you complete the order.
We will tell you before the first charge
You will receive, at minimum:
- An order confirmation stating that your trial has begun and what happens at the end of it.
- An email approximately one week before the first charge.
- An email approximately three days before the first charge.
- An email on the day of, or immediately after, each charge.
We would rather over-remind you than have a charge arrive unexpectedly.
How to cancel
The fastest way — any time, day or night:
Go to silentechoes.shop/a/loop_subscriptions/get-subscription-link, enter the email address you used to order, and a link will be sent to you. Open it and cancel. No password, no phone call, no form, and no explanation required.
That link appears in every membership email we send you.
If you'd rather a person did it:
Email info@silentechoes.shop, or reply to any email from us and say you'd like to stop. We'll cancel it and confirm by reply, usually within one business day and always within two. If a renewal date falls between your message and our reply, we will refund that charge. You will not be caught by the timing.
When cancellation takes effect: you can cancel at any time, including during the free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. Cancel after a charge and your membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds
Our 30-day guarantee applies to the membership. If a charge is ever taken that you didn't expect or didn't want, write to info@silentechoes.shop and we will refund it — no form, no reason asked. See our Refund & Return Policy for full terms.
Changes to price
If we change the price of the membership, existing members keep the rate they joined at. We will always tell members before any change takes effect.
